What is an intro?
An intro is a warm introduction between you and a Hedgy member. When you find a candidate you’re interested in, you can request an intro and a Hedgy founder will personally facilitate the connection. This creates a more personal hiring experience than cold outreach or applications.
What type of candidates will I find on Hedgy?
Hedgy runs on member recommendations. Each member has either been member-nominated as a top teammate or personally invited by the founders. Think of it as flipping when the reference check happens: first, not last.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you’ll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle provided the number of pending intro requests does not exceed your new monthly intro limit.
What happens when I run out of intros?
You can upgrade to a higher tier for more intros, or wait until your next billing cycle when your intro count resets. Unused intros do not roll over.
