    If one of our members thinks you're the best at what you do, you'll get an invite. We review and approve individuals that care deeply about what they want to do next.
    2 Tell us the role and 💰 you’d move for.
    For top individuals, startups are willing to carve out the right role. Hedgy flips the process and lets them know exactly what you’d consider before they reach out.
    3 Get notified.
